The United States flag in the Walk of Honor was donated by U.S. Army Major Cort Andrews February 23, 2009. The flag flew with Major Andrews in an Apache over Baghdad on Veterans' Day of 2008 during a regular mission.

Major Andrews is currently in his 2nd deployment in Iraq.
